Cheesecake help!!

Does anyone know if you can refreeze Junior's cheesecakes? I just received #M28425 and both are totally thawed! I don't think we can eat it all in 7 days, which is the recommended amount of time to stay fresh in the fridge. Thanks for any help you can give me!
