I got cheese cake bites at Sams today for DH whom always wants a little something sweet.  Just take out a few, let them sit 20 min.  Perfect!!!

I make a recipe for Oreo Cheesecake Bites that I copied off of a Philadelphia cream cheese wrapper years ago.  I have to freeze them or they disappear too quickly.

My husband loves cheesecake but I'm not baking a 9" for just two of us.  This would be a nice treat in moderation

@tarsmom These really work.  They're about 3/4 in squares and have little papers.   I first had them when we had a seasonal dinner at Christmas with some friends.

They also have those from Schwan's. I have a box in my freezer. LOL - I guess I don't have to have emergency desserts for surprise vistors these days, so I may as well take a few out!

@ECBG   I didn’t realize that they have these now.  I always get several boxes near Christmas.  Plain, strawberry, and a chocolate choice all in one box. Easy, fast holiday desserts.  So good.  Took them to our work pot luck last Christmas, gone in minutes.  Yum!
