Check your KA TSV carefully

Good evening!

After much anticipation of receving the KA TSV from 10/28, mine arrived today and had a 2 1/2 inch SCRATCH along the top of the motor. It was not a simple surface scatch, it went deeper than that, and you could have probably cut yourself if you ran your finger along it. I know that QVC will do everything they can to make an exchange assuming they have product available, but wanted to advise anyone who got the TSV to check it over carefully, especially if you're giving it as a gift. This was going to be my personal holiday gift to myself. I hope that the replacement arrives prior to Thanksgiving.

I would love to hear from those of you who are already using and enjoying the KA TSV mixer!
