When I was younger I loved sour cream. I would put alot on a baked potato. Now I can't stand the smell of the taste of it. A couple other things but I don't know why. Like grated cheese. I could eat any brand but now I can only eat certain brands. I'm 5

3 now and that change started at least 20 years ago. Sweets have never been an issue for me.

My tastes have more grown and expanded than changed really.  I was never fond of overly sweet and creamy things.  And now I like food that is a lot spicier and hotter!

I discovered that taste for spicy and hot 40 years ago on a trip to Santa Fe at a place called The Bull Ring!  So I think that's more taste growth and living in the southwest influence in Oklahoma than simply change.

More foods are available to us now, so it isn't just a white bread and bologna, beef and chicken and peas, carrots and green beans world of the olden days:  Which is wonderful!  I love to try new foods.
