Jimmy The Baker's muffins - Black Berry ones to be specific. Now I know why Blue Berries often used in baked goods. The "Blues" smash down = no seeds. Not the same for Black Berries - caution - you chomp away and suddenly your teeth can't meet. (uppers and lowers) Seeds - whole Black Berries according to the Baker. I guess it could do damage to (whatever) is in your mouth...but it's very distressing after paying $$.
(might also damage children's young teeth)

I thought everyone one was aware of that. Also, red raspberries have seeds. You can buy seedless black & red raspberry jams and jellies but they are more expensive.

No, the seeds are very small. They do not damage teeth.
Around here they are a pest found in disturbed soil. A favorite thing is to amble out with a wagon, pails, kids and dogs for an afternoon. Jam here we come. Just pick higher than a dog, if you get my drift.
One dog is so funny, she bares her teeth and gets one, just one, from amongst the thorns.

LOL If we have teeth? I think most of us have teeth of some sort or another!
I ordered the blackberry loaves and I appreciate your warning. Thanks!

You post made me revisit the wild raspberries a friend gave us. I had a bowl of raspberries and milk and the small wild ones are pure seeds! I threw them out!

I beg to differ.

How could a little seed damage your tooth?
08-03-2020 01:38 PM
That's why I get seedless jams.

The seeds are so small they can lodge between your teeth and gums. Rots your teeth and gums. Unless you floss religiously.
