Personally, I've never used one, my mom did, but I wasn't around to see what she made in it. If you use one, what do you use it for and how do you maintain. I think you don't wash it out, but wipe it out???? Not sure about that.

Secondly, do you prefer non-stick or stainless steel pans for doing most of your stove top cooking in? I have certain pans that work for certain things best due to size/shape at my house. Just wonder how others do theirs.
