Carlo’s 👨‍🍳 bakery

Saw his cake yesterday and wondered if anyone has tried his cakes. Looked delicious, but expensive...thanks for any info.

Re: Carlo’s 👨‍🍳 bakery

I have a friend who used them to make her wedding cake. The consultation about the cake cost $150.00. The cake was very dry and it also was nothing like what they had requested.

I have a cousin and she and her family went there last Summer and they said the baked goods they got were really dry, expensive and didn't have any real flavor. They were really disappointed.

Re: Carlo’s 👨‍🍳 bakery

I bought one years ago at a local grocery store  for about $40 because I wanted to try a famous Carlo's Bakery cake.  I wasted $40 because it was terrible. I am a big cake fan but not this one.

@lucky-girl

Try River Street Sweets.  It's a family business, items are made in small batches.

Every yr. I order the Russell Stover 3 pack candies. On waitlist, but, that's ok will be here closer to xmas. Free shp. and 22 bucks won't break the bank. Give the dark choc too hubbo. Gives me diarrhea. LOL
