Caramel in pressure cooker

You can turn sweetened condensed milk into a nice thick caramel:

Remove label and wash can of sweetened cond. milk

Place unopened can on rack

Add enough water to come just under TOP rim of can

40 min under high pressure, cool naturally, allow cans to cool completely before opening

I usually make 2-4 cans at once.
