If you can find the Frozen biscuits made by Mary B's they are really good.

I would bake them all & freeze what you don't need in a ziplock bag. I buy the pre-cooked 24 ct Pillsbury Biscuits from Sam's. I freeze them in ziplock bags & take out as needed. Since they are already cooked it only takes 15-20 seconds to heat in the microwave.

I agree, freeze the baked biscuits and reheat and serve later. It's super fast and easy. I also make 6 cups of rice at a time and freeze it in smaller serving containers so that I don't have to wash my rice cooker as often and don't have to wait an hour for my rice to cook for dinner.

Slightly off topic but I always read that freezing and reheating rice can cause food poisoning.

Re: Canned "whompum" biscuit question

I make the whole can then the next day my DH will make himself sausage biscuits and gravy for breakfast and use the leftovers up.

However, I find it is very simple to whip up bisquick heart healthy biscuits and bake them. They are delicious and reheat very well the next day, and are heart healthy.
