Cancelled WAIT LIST by QVC - ugh! Temptations

I've been patiently waiting since March for 2 Old World Confetti pie dishes. Waiting and waiting, said it was to ship in September. Now it shows cancelled. I DID NOT CANCEL it, and now it is sold out again and I will have to go back on wait list again. I already have waited since March. This is BS! Sometimes they are cancelled because they find out they cannot get replacement pieces but this was not the case. No email, no call, no nothing.

I've had it. . . . .just needing to vent. I guess I need to call customer service.
