I've been drooling over the Red Velvet Cake Balls on www.bakerella.com and have decided to make some for Christmas (but might use German chocolate cake mix and coconut/pecan frosting instead of red velvet). Can the finished balls be frozen? I've read that they tend to sweat if refrigerated for a long time.
