COSORI RECALL REGISTRATION PROBLEMS

My Air Fryer was recalled.  It has now been three weeks that I have been unable to register for the replacement.  I am unable to enter the Batch Number into the form that they provided because it is "invalid".  The B/N is engraved on the bottom edge of the air fryer housing.  I now have six open tickets with Cosori and no one has responded to my messages and no one has called.  You cannot get through to them by phone and according to Bloomberg, thousands of customers are having a problem with the recall registration form.  To get boiler-plate emails back from Cosori stating that they are aware of the problem and are working on it for all this time is not acceptable.  I received a notification from QVC and called Customer Service.  I explained the problems I was having with Cosori and the CS Rep graciously refunded the purchase price of the unit.  I will never order anything from Cosori again.

@Whitney400, you were lucky to get a refund.  I ordered from Amazon but didn't try to get the refund because it wasn't offered in the email.  It said contact Cosori.  In the meantime, Cosori contacted me and said to get registered for a replacement.  That was February 23rd.  Since further instructions were kind of detailed, a lot of us got it wrong and didn't realize that of the three pictures of the unit requested, one required showing the cord being cut.  Cosori emailed back saying to redo the pic showing a cut cord.  Did that.  Yesterday I was happy to receive an email with a tracking # and a delivery date of March. 9th, today.  Well that's today and I see that UPS has not picked up the package from the shipper yet.  I should have notified Amazon that I wanted a refund as some others did.  Amazon only gave refunds for a couple of days, then  saying that it shouldn't have been done through them but through Cosori.  Anyway, happy that you have gotten resolution.  I have two other air fryers so this is only a minor inconvenience.

I recently bought a  Cosori myself from Amazon. Fortunately it was not one of the models recalled, but in looking into it I found a video on youtube with very detailed instructions on how to go about getting a replacement.  It is on the channel Fabulessly Frugal* if anyone needs help. 

 

* Not a misspelling on my part; that's the name.

Thanks.  I also saw the YouTube video but the problem is that Cosori's recall website does not allow you to complete the form.  They haven't fixed the form so you can enter the Batch Number and submit it.  This is now a moot issue for me, but I feel bad for everyone trying to register for the replacement.

UPS just delivered our replacement yesterday! I'm one happy girl. Very easy and prompt. Woman Happy
