HELP PLEASE!

Has anyone else had any problems with the brownie pan seperator, the removable

ones will NOT stay in, when you try to put them in the pan. made the brownie mix put

lifter tray in poured brownies in, tried to put seperator in, the removable ones just

kept falling out before I could place in pan. tried reinserting , turned them over same problem. fussed with it for 15 min. finally just used the 9 squares, cooking now. HUDGE

pieces, I was wondering what I am doing wrong? any sugestions?

UPS just dropped mine on the porch - I unboxed it last night but haven't tried it yet.  Perhaps somebody else did some baking today.  Sorry!

I don't have the copper chef pan; but, I do have a brownie pan.  I spry an cooking spray all over the pan and the separators.  The I take out the separator and pour in the brownie/cake/corn bread mix.  Then I place the separator into the mix.  Just wriggle it into place.  It works like a dream.

 there is notch you slip it into, I have to watch as I do it. Hope this helps
