Just wanted to pass this along from Breville regarding cleaning their oven racks. If you have any kind of stains from cooking on the racks, they suggest a paste of vinegar and baking soda and a non-scratch scrubby. I tried it today and it works very well.

Wonder if that works for cookie sheets?

Thanks for the tip. My breville oven has some spots on the crumb tray that I will try that mixture on. The breville oven was one of my all time best and most used purchases.

I have a Breville also and used a baking soda paste on the glass door. It worked great, I left it on for about 30 minutes and then used a Scrub Mommy to get the baked on residue off. ![]()
