CE Hardcoat Enamel--Cleaning

I have many pieces of CE hardcoat enamel. The non-stick cleans up well, but the hardcoat enamel has a film and some dark (burnt?) marks on it. What do you use to clean the exterior of your pans? Of course, I don't want to remove the finish, but I want them to look cleaner.
