I have two of the older style CE electric preesure cookers, (the ones that have the cast aluminum crock) a 4qt. round and 8qt oval.

The gasket on the 4qt one split, so knowing that these models were also sold under the Farberware name I checked their website which had a link to a company that sold replacement parts.

I placed an order, getting an extra for the 8qt model too.

Well after months of waiting I called and was told, no parts of any kind are available for these p/c's.

Without the gaskets, these things are useless as a p/c, I guess they canbe used to heat things up.

Does anyone out there have these models and has had to get replacement parts?

They work great and I don't really care for any of the newer electrics.
