Butterball Turkey Fryer

I purchased it back in November (a couple of days before Thanksgiving) and just took it out of the box today to use it. It cooked the turkey fine but when I was taking it apart to clean it, I noticed in the bottom where the drain tube is there were three little screws rolling around. What should I do? Do I call QVC customer service or do I call the company that made it?
