For those of you who have made and/or eaten Buffalo Chicken Dip, I have a question. Some recipes call for blue cheese dressing and crumbled up blue cheese as key ingredients of the dip. Other recipes call for using ranch dressing and shredded cheddar cheese in the dip. I have never made it or eaten it before but plan on serving it for a Christmas Eve buffet dinner. Please share your experience with the two variations and advice on which one is better tasting. Thanks! I want it to be yummy!
