Hi David

I watched your show yesterday and I understand that you don't care to much for Brussel Sprouts. Well neither do I. A co-worker of mine brought these in one day and I tried them. They are good but I still can't eat a lot of them. If you are looking for a HEALTHY recipe for them this is not it. LOL If you try them please let me know what you think of them.

This is my first time on your blog. If anyone else would like to try this recipe that would be great. Just let me know what you think.

Best Ever Brussel Sprouts

2 Lbs Thawed Pettite Brussel Sprouts

Heat 1 Cup butter in large skillet add sprouts. Cook about 5 min turning often till tender. Add 1/2 cup whipping cream, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp accent, 1/2 tsp pepper. Cook 2 -3 min or until tender and heated through.

If you like your brussel sprouts softer just cook them longer.
