I was watching Trisha Yearwood's show (country singer-cookbook author) on Food Network. I have never heard of this stew? She used beef, pork and chicken. She stewed the meat and then ground them up in processor. I was thinking of using ground beef, pork, chicken found in market. Do you use all 3? Can I omit 1 or 2?

The stew seemed like a soup to me. I wanted to give it a try.
