Does anyone had experiece with a similar pan?
I understand that you can prepare one brownie mix and fill the openings (you end up with quite a few 'bites')
...you end up with small brownie bites or little cake bites, etc. what every you are baking.
I am wondering how much of a pain it might be to fill all the squares as well as getting everything out easily.
thanks.

@Mom2DogsI purchased the mega brownie pan from HSN, and it holds 24 individual brownies. I just spray all the slots with Pam really well and use my one cookie scoop to fill each one. I've gotten pretty good at not making a drippy mess. I let the squares cool till they look like they are releasing from the sides of the pan, then run a knife around each edge and gently lift them out. The key is not rushing getting them out of the pan. Make sure they are cool enough to pop out.

@Mom2Dogs - I have a couple of small "treat pans" like what you're describing that can be used for brownies and other goodies. I definitely recommend metal versions over silicone versions; they seem to bake things more evenly, provide the nice browning you expect to see, and are actually easier to maintain and clean, even though that may seem counterintuitive.
But if you don't want to invest in a specialty pan and aren't particular about your brownie bites being square/rectangular, I love making baby brownies in a standard mini muffin pan. It works great! I always take the time to grease with butter or oil by hand instead of using a spray so I can keep the pan looking good and avoid any chemical residue. It does take some time to fill all the cavities—but if you use a measuring cup with a spout or a small cookie scoop (disher), that speeds things a bit and ensures even distribution of batter.
Happy baking...

@loriqvc ...thanks for the reply. My niece is having a pampered chef online party...this is where I saw the pan. There is nothing I need but I could probably put this pan to use, who doesn't like a brownie!!
I'll have to look at the pan again...I think it's metal but not sure.
