Breville Mini-Pie Baker...

My DD gave me one of my Christmas presents early so I could use it when I bake for the neighbors. I'm so thrilled...it came with a Mini-Pie /CB with over 40 recipes. I would love to hear from any of you that have the Breville Mini-Pie Baker or something similiar and your favorite recipes or any mini-pie recipes. My head is buzzing with ways to adapt recipes, but I would appreciate any help or recipes. Thanks and Merry Christmas! K
