What is going on with quality control??? I have recieved a few pieces that looked as though they were painted by a 2 year old and now I have pieces breaking during cooking. I have contacted Temp-tations customer service when the 1st item broke several months ago with NO RESPONSE. Now while removing another item from my oven I discover ANOTHER BROKEN PIECE!! This is getting a little ridiculous. I have a love/hate relationship with this line. The pieces that aren't broken or horribly painted I love, but to spend my hard earned money on an item that might break during its first use doesn't seem worth it. I probably wouldn't be so upset if customer service and the company would live up to their part of the bargain and replace my broken items which are under warranty.
