This is an old old recipe but we love it.
Make a thick solution of powder milk and dip your chicken, pork chops even veggies like onions.
I don't have the amounts because I cook without measuring anything.
In a gallon size storage bag put in corn flakes and roll till you have fine crumbs. Then add a small amount of flour, salt and pepper. I use freezer bags because they are sturdy.
Then put a couple of pieces of chicken at a time and shake till covered.
Bake at 350 for about an hour or till you have the right meat temperature. I do cover with foil to keep the breading from getting too brown.
