We had one back in the sixties, and my in-laws had one: they are the best and I wish we had one now! In addition to breads, my MIL stored chips and cookies. I wonder why they fell out of favor? Over the years we've seen a lot of new construction, but I don't remember the last time I saw one.... Poodlepet
