Thank you for the ideas! They all sound wonderful!!! I think I'll take the suggestion to try it in advance first so maybe I'll get some stovetop today and do a dry run this weekend. Thanks again for the ideas!

I don't use the boxed stuff due to the sodium content....grossed out by the wet bread idea so I bake cornbread and go from there......

I think you could add to Stove Top whatever you would add to your own dressing
