@SharkE  if you have Marshalls, Home Goods or TJ Max in your area, look there for Lecreuset stoneware.  I've picked up quite a few pieces and prices are very reasonable.  A few years ago QVC has a set of 3 stones are pieces on clearance for approx $35.  Bought them and that was one purchase I've been happy with.  If memory serves me, I think you bought them, too.

I also bake with Emile Henry and love how everything bakes in them and best of all, they clean up easily.

'I also use their covered baking dishes and Dutch Ovens. They're very light and not heavy.

Don't want the cast iron, but, the stoneware is not that heavy.

I have bought DIL many pieces of their stoneware (LeCreuset) in various sizes in the color Caribbean.  She loves them, easy to clean-up and great for baking.  I believe your color is chiffon pink.........Enjoy @SharkE

@Alsace Gal  Does the Alsace part of your name have something to do with why you like the Emile Henry perhaps? Heart

I have a LeCruest stoneware piece.  It's a covered oval casserole dish in red.  I make roast chicken in it and have had it for at least five years.  Clean up is a breeze and it still looks like new....no cracking or crazing.

No, my dear twin  sister and I received our visas to move to Frnce, Strasbourg which is in Alsace (Northeastern, France). Sadly she passed away before our move..

I've used Emile Henry products for years and absolutely love them. Their light weight, heat evenly and clean beautifully.  I use them in the oven and ontop of stove. Colors are beautiful.

@Alsace Gal  I'm sorry about your sister. I hope my humor didn't bring sadness. I also lost my sister; it is a huge loss.
