Have made bone broth in my younger days when cooking was a passion of mine; but in my present "era" I  take the easy way out. I've recently discovered Kettle and Fire chicken and beef bone broth and have been using it a lot.

My daughter is visiting and made bean soup (not with the broth) and when she went to Kroger's she found squash soup also. I had the squash soup for lunch but to the last 2-3 inches in my mug I added some bean soup. Wow! I will from now on use only the Kettle and Fire broth and a couple of their soups.

Very healthy organic, etc., and a shelf life of 2 yrs.

I think it's much healthier than regular broth.

Didn't check the sodium content. Sorry. I like that it is 100% organic, and hormone and antobiotic free. Go to their website for fuller explanations. I don't have any alllergies or health issues to deal with that make me have to reasearch products that closlely. I probably should be more aware.

I think bones are almost certainly included in every commercial broth.  That would be cheaper so that is what they use.

Bones are not used in all stocks and broths. Perhaps looking for more flavor is more involved in choosing which product satisfies you rather than any other criteria. And for what type of recipe you are adding them to. Most of the broths are good just heated and drunk like tea or coffee on a cold day or in treating a cold.

I was pleasantely surprised to see Kettle & Fire bone broth at my local Meijer store.  In the past I always ordered on line.  It's great to see it going "mainstream".
