Bobs new cookbook

I was looking thru this book at the desserts (eat dessert first{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}) and saw a recipe for brownies in the pressure cooker. It called for using 5 inch cake pans. I have the dessert pan insert that is 6 1/2 inch in diameter and fits in a rack, but have never seen the smaller version. What do you think would happen if I used the ones I have? Also he likes a broth base named Great Flavors. I tried to google that name and got nothing. Seems to me there should be a buying /resource page in this cookbook for things like these.
