Bob Wharton's Cookbook

I would like to know if Bob Wharton's cookbook for the Ninja Kitchen Center is ever going to be offered again. I'm not talking about the blender drink book.

The reason I bought the Ninja was because of the recipe book. I received the Ninja, but I was put on the wait list for the book. After 45 days on the wait list, when it's too late to return the ninja (which I never used), I was notified that the book was not available.

I don't understand why Bob doesn't have the book reprinted. I am very disappointed.
