Bob Warden's Mac & Cheese with Ground beef

Just brought Cook's Essentials 4qt Pressure Cooker and Bob Warden's lastest cookbook. I want to try the mac & cheese with ground beef that Bob Warden cooks during the presentation. It's not in this cookbook. Does anyone have the recipe?
