Did anyone see this demo yesterday? Except for the fact this gizmo was $25.00 plus S&H for a couple pieces of plastic, I would have ordered it. I'm searching my kitchen for the right sized lids to make this. You put ground beef into a lid shaped dish, flat with straight sides. You push a smaller lid shaped dish into the meat to form a well. Then you stuff with cheese, mushrooms, onions, whatever your little heart desires. Cover with another patty of meat and press down with a top flat lid. Seal the edges. This thing is humongous when you are done, a half pound or a 3/4 pound hamburg. But I'm going to practice making them smaller.

Now that I think about it, perhaps the four place flipping rack was included. So its not such a bad deal after all. I'm still going to practice first. I'm trying not to be so impulsive in my ordering.
