Blue Jean Chef (Meredith Laurence) cooking classes

Just sharing: On Thursday evenings at 6pm she has FB cooking class.

Today she did various styles of omelettes.

 

She is a wonderful teacher and I sure do miss her on Q.  

 

If this interests you I would suggest checking out her cooking shows on FB.

I just went to you tube, typed in your complete title and her channel popped up I subscribed because I LOVE cooking videos. 

 

I'm not the best cook so these channels are VERY HELPFUL TO ME!!!

I just Liked her FB page and look forward to her next class as I missed the one today.  Thanks for the tip; I think I will enjoy this as well.

I bought her cook book and there is a beautiful picture of her in the forward.

 

If anyone should have a cooking show, it's her.  She can do it all.  I bought many things from her advise, and never was steered wrong.

 

Her Christmas cooking show on the Q a few years ago was just the best.
