Many of you have asked for a little guidance on the pressure cooker inserts that are available on QVC http://qvc.co/k42922CEFB so I decided to tell you all about them in a little video. Almost as soon as I started recording, the skies opened up and it started pouring rain, so sorry for all the background noise!! Hope this helps to answer your questions.

OK FOLKS... Here it is... This is the Steamer Rack and Pressure Cooker Insert set that I've been talking about. It's finally available on QVC.com. It looks a little wacky in the photos because the rack is pictured as a lid for one of the inserts (the photo will be fixed soon). The rack goes on the bottom and then there are two inserts (one solid and one perforated) that can be used individually or stacked on top of each other. They have long handles so that they can be placed into and taken out of the cooker easily. There is one lid so you can cover the insert too. It's all silicone, which makes it easy to use and easy to clean, AND it won't scratch the non-stick in your cooker. These are pretty limited, so get yours while you can!http://qvc.co/k42922CEFB

Re: Blue Jean Chef Facebook Page TIPS :-)

I just received my new pressure cooker. I was following the directions for the water test that needs to be done prior to the first use. Everything went fine until I tried to get the lid off. I cannot get the lid to come off at all. I have unplugged it, left it plugged in, it does not unlock. I let all the steam out by moving the valve to exhausrt, and it still will not come off. HELP!!

Hello @Theresa Marie - Here is a link to a few helpful videos that Meredith made about pressure cookers. The last video address how to open a pressure cooker two ways. I hope this helps.
