Bison by Tony Little

Has anyone tried his Bison products? I ordered an assortment package to see if we like it. I checked the ingredients & the steaks & burgers are bison but most other products say bison next beef. I know the bison does not have antibiotics & hormones in it but wonder about the beef they use. I called HSN CS & they don't know.
