Best "cut" for fresh salmon?

I don't have a good fresh fish market and often order from Seabear. Sometimes the salmon filets are bone free and other times full of bones. Is there a certain cut of salmon that is more bone free. Does the type of salmon matter: sockeye or coho or keta?
