Beef short ribs..........

I love beef short ribs, but I do have to say, they "ain't" cheap where I live.........A single pack of 3 ribs with 4 ribs each, cost over $10.00.......are others finding them to still be a cheap meat.......or are they expensive like here........also, chicken wings used to be a throw away part of the chicken, except in the, politically correct term now to use "ethnic" mom and pop stores, but I can not afford chicken wings any more either............{#emotions_dlg.scared}
