I am 5 weeks post opening.  My stomach is now the size of an egg.  I spent a ton of time searching the internet for cooking tools, appliances, and recipes.  This has become a common surgery and I would think there would 've a huge demand, not only from bariatric patients, but seniors and single people trying to cook in small quantities.  Some of my finds are: Curtis Stone mini mukti-cooker, steamer, and cookbook; egg bite maker, mini 1 cup Temptations loaf pans and casserole dish, 1/ cup storage containers, Curtis Stune Silicone 4 compartment bake and store, frozen tex-mex circuit, meatless meatballs, crumbles, etc

Re: Bariatric Show?

Dash makes great little appliances like wafflemakers, air fryers, etc. They have their own website and Target and Wayfair.com sell them also. Since I cook for just the two of us, I love the smaller size and they take up so much less space.

I actually think that is a good idea, but Q food is hardly for those losing or trying to lose weight, they wouldn't have a clue.  their idea is a green shake

I disagree. They could bring in new vendors in that space, and they could challenge soe of their current vendirs to compete in this growing market. I found lots of great things, but it took a lot of research.. Many people probably aren't aware of many of the unique item out there

I have no suggestions but I'd like to offer my congratulations on your decision to have this surgery.  Had I done this 10 years ago I'd be in a lot better shape and health than I am now.

I've been considering this procedure for some time. My Physician recommended it for me since many health problems I have would improve if not completely go away. Amazon has tons of small vessel cooking items and items for weighing and measuring foods. Congratulations!
