Thank you. I SOOOOOO don't need another pressure cooker, but for less than $20, once you use a coupon, and free shipping, I couldn't resist. Sigh, now where to put it???

That's so nice of you @Reconnaissant

I bought one for myself after my old Cooks Essentials failed me. Woman Happy

Its not so small and would easily cook enough for 4-5 people.  Family sized.  Nice bargain.  Inexpensive slow cooker too.

The multi-functional NuWave Electric Pressure Cooker works as a slow cooker, baker and steamer. It features a non-stick cooking pot with hinged lid that can attach/detach with ease. Cool touch lid for safety and built-in carrying handle.

Yes, I guess the size is relative. @Kachina624

It's actually bigger than the one I'm replacing which is only a 4-qt. and I was happy with that until it broke.

Re: Bargain Alert Pressure Cooker!

I have the small CE one.  I think 6 qt is a standard size. Seems most recipes are done for that size. I have yet to really learn how to cook in one.  I love it for "hard boiled" eggs because they peel so easily, and I made some tasty green beans in it.   The only other thing I have made in it is potatoes for mashed potatoes, and I really don't see the advantage of it.  Same number of pots to wash, pretty much the same amount of time once you figure in time to come to pressure.  Same thing for pasta.  Most of the things I see in PC presentations just don't appeal to me.  I'm a very picky eater.

The one thing I don't like about slow cookers is that all the food tastes the same after cooking together.  I would expect the same out of a pressure cooker and for like a roast, I prefer not to have my veggies swimming in the liquid.
