Bantam bagels mini pancakes

Well I caved and ordered the mini stuffed pancakes. Did anyone else order. I always like a little something with my coffee in the morning and these might be tastier than an ego or toast! I will probably share. 60 seems like a lot.

I bought & froze several pints of fresh blueberries.

 

Think I'll make some dollar sized blueberry pancakes for the freezer 😉
