I use plain bread crumbs (the kind that come in a container) and season them with all kinds of seasonings depending on my mood.
I first coat the chops with mayonnaise then dip them in the bread crumb mix. Lay them on a non-stick aluminum foil lined cookie sheet and stick them in the oven for 30 minutes, flip them and cook for another 20. Ordinarily, I buy the 1" cut so they need a little more time to cook.
I've also mixed finely crumbled Ritz crackers into the bread mix to add a little more flavor.

Oh, sorry guys. I didnt mention that mine are thick chops. They come out perfect crispy and juicy. They are about 3/4 to 1 inch.
