I've had this brand of bagels on A/D for several years now.
But in the past year there have been issues with delivery. They say they only ship Monday through Wednesday to make sure they don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
Well, I've had at least three orders that did just that, because they shipped on a Thursday and we don't get weekend deliveries in my rural area. One shipment sat in the UPS depot for five days, because it was a holiday weekend, so delivery was delayed. (I got a refund for those - stale and nasty with mold. Same for another shipment of blueberry bagels.) Such a waste of food.
My latest was for Asiago bagels. Same deal - they sat in the UPS depot and took five days to get to me. They seemed okay and I froze them immediately, but for $49? (I had another order about to ship, but just canceled it. Not worth the hassle.)
I wrote to Cliff, explaining that they need to stick to their delivery promise and saying it would be better to delay shipment to the following week. Didn't even get so much as a reply or a "sorry". And they did nothing, when I reported getting an "object" in one of my bagels. I still have it; what appears to be an inch-long piece of wood. They did email to enquire about it, but didn't follow it up or offer any explanation, as to where it might've come from or how it ended up baked into my bagel.
I wonder if they've just gotten too "successful" selling through QVC to worry about the occasional customer issue.
I recently wanted to try the lemon-poppyseed bagels, but decided it's time to find another supplier. Or maybe just stop having bagels for breakfast!

I have never and will never again find a Brooklyn Bagel, but in Brooklyn. Fat, big as my face, good with butter, cream cheese and lox, even peanut butter and jelly.
California has bagels, as a matter of fact, lots and lots of bagels sold all over the place. Friends have told me, "go to xyz (bagel places) just like N.Y."
Some bagels come with raisins, blueberries, all kinds of stuff. Ugh.
Not a one of those places, or supermarkets has a Bagel that is worthy of the name.
