Back in the Day Bakery Cookbook

This was on a few weeks ago. It had to be preordered as it wasn't ready to ship when aired. These people own a Southern bakery in Savannah and are bffs with Paula. These recipes are pretty interesting. I won't copy the index here, but a lot of Southern recipes. It is NOT for beginners. There are no short-cuts, here. Everything from scratch. I'll keep it as I like the looks of the breads and cakes. BTW: Got it from Amazon for less.
