BBQ season - organization

Now that we are all going to be outdoors serving and eating, do you have any ideas or have you seen useful organization type items. I am looking for something that will hold paper plates, napkins, utensils, etc., a caddy of sorts but have never seen them? Something that would also hold condiments, ketchup, mustard. It seems like I am always running in and out of the house. Would be great to just bring a couple of things out on a tray that have just about anything anyone needs. Any ideas?
