Authentic Gourmet croissants

Has anyone tried these? They look fantastic and I am looking for a cheaper alternative to the Williams Sonoma croissants which are delicious but even more pricey + S&H charges. Also it says freezer to oven?? Normally you have to remember to put them out to rise overnight.
