Authentic Gourmet French Croissants problem

I bought these croissants for Christmas brunch, and was so disappointed when they fell flat a minute after taking them out of the oven. They looked perfect when they first came out. I read the reviews and see others have had this problem. Has anyone had success with these, and if so, do you have any tips so they won't go flat?
