Authentic Gourmet Croissants

Love Love Love these..after taking out of the oven sometimes they deflate! I've tried using parchment paper, never open the door but this still happens...I noticed on the instructions that I can use wax paper is this safe? Am I not cooking them long enough even though they are golden brown and in for about 28 mins? Please help me....I continuously order on auto delivery.
