I received my second order of these today. Inside the box was a white sheet of paper titled PLEASE READ FIRST with updated baking instructions. First of all, these baked just fine @ 330° as listed in the directions on the package, but I think 350° would work as well. What really disturbed me was that it said to place them on waxed paper for cooking. Unless you want a fire, what it should have said was parchment paper. If you don't have parchment paper just sit them directly on the oven rack. A non-stick sheet (without parchment paper) will cause them to cook too fast and therefore not rise as they should. Read the reviews and see the ladies have had this complaint. If you watch the demonstration, when the croissants come out of the oven they are on parchment paper on a baking tray.
I contacted QVC customer service to get these directions corrected, but I am not sure they understood what my concerns were.
I am sure everyone can figure this out as I did, I just wanted to make sure..
I like to cook mine on a pre-heated pizza stone- they turn out great!
