I use a tiny squirt of agave (there's controversy about this, too) OR the Coffeemate Natural Bliss creamer in Vanilla or Sweet Cream flavor.

I use stevia now. Never thought of joint pain being caused by aspartame. Maybe I should quit the diet tea in bottles....

I tried Stevia and just couldn't stand the taste. So if you do try it, get a small amount first to make sure you like it. I can't use it. I'd switch to raw sugar.

I hate the way most sugar replacements taste but this one taste the most like regular sugar.

Another one to try is coconut palm sugar. To me, it taste like a cross between brown sugar and turbinado sugar.

Stevia's vary with the after taste. I read tons of reviews on amazon and researched ingredients fully before I decided on a brand to try. I bought Stevita liquid- it's pure stevia, no additives and the taste is perfect! It's a lot easier to gauge the sweetness level with a liquid stevia than the powder- I use 2-3 teeny drops in a big mug of coffee!
