Here's my story...I don't really like tea. I like iced tea in the powder form (4C decaf), which I don't really consider "real" tea. I posted a while back that I really liked Starbucks Passion Tea Lemonade and I googled for recipes and tested them out until I found perfection.
So jumping off from that point I said to myself, why can't I use another tea and mix it with lemonade? Enter the Lipton decaf green tea that has been sitting my cupboard for quite a while. I made one bag of hot tea when I first got it (because of all the health benefits of green tea that I've read about) and I hated it. Hence why it sat in the back of the cupboard. Then I decided to brew it up and mix it with lemonade and see what happened. And what happened is I liked it!
So my question is this to tea experts out there...is green tea really the best tea for your health? What about black tea? Is black tea better than green tea? And are all green teas created equal? Are some better for you than others?
